Our influences are mainly Janet Jackson,Timbaland, Ne-Yo, Rihanna, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Madonna, Chris Brown, Akon, Aaliyah, and Fergie. We all also love-50 cents, Boys 2 Men, P Diddy, Mariah Carey, Vertical Horizon, Jay Z, The Rolling Stones, Mark Anthony, Christina Aguilera, Common, NickleBack, Usher, Mob Deep, DMX, Rick Ross, Danity Kane, Miley Cyrus, Bruce Springstein, Faith Hill, Will Smith, Kat da Luna, Whitney Houston, Muse, Michael Jackson, Kayne West, Danger, 30 seconds to Mars, Breaking Benjamin, among others!
Three beautiful Trinidadian-American young ladies with voices and a pure new sound. Whether it’s their hip pop melodies that merge rock and pop, or their sultry vocals over hip pop beats, they are exquisite to hear and watch and their voices bring a friendly sound to music. Starting last year, the girls began searching through beats, producers, etc. until they found a guy who knew the sound they wanted. They consider themselves HIP POP which is "new" pop. Pop is "Popular" music & they wish to dominate this new genre. Crystal, Janelle, and Farah are sisters with great, South Jersey, talent. They like all types of music, including hip hop, punk, rock, trance, reggae, R&B, reggaeton, country, pop, techno, and rap. “We enjoy all types of music; you might be surprised if you took a look at our Ipods!” admits Crystal. “We've always been singing whether it was in our showers or car, and/or together" says Janelle. The Girls are a close knitted family, usually hanging around each other when they are not busy in the studio. They also help each other write lyrics. “We like to sit around each other and write our lyrics together usually. We are a team, so we do everything together” says Farah. They are very grateful, peaceful, and fun-spirited within their family and music. “We like making music that we would play in our car radio’s, clubs, or even our bedroom’s and it is a blessing that other people around the world groove to the same music as we do”.

Many of you also know that I have personally purchased much of the music on this site, through Amazon, CD Baby, MusicSubmit and Amie Street, among others. The entire site is self-funded by me and we do not charge for advertisements or memberships.
By asking members to help out you can ensure the same, continued personal service that separates SonicJive from the other sites and allow us to expand and diversify the site with things like compilation CDs, member CD reviews, royalty-paid radio and a site re-design and upgrade. Your donation ensures that we can remain competitive and innovative in our niche market. We are hoping that each of you can make a minimum $15 donation in our once-per-year donation drive that runs now through December 31, 2008.
Donations of $20 or more will be split 50/50 with the program for FEEDING AMERICA'S HUNGRY CHILDREN and donations of $50 will include a free copy of the 2008 Best Of SonicJive compilation CD. With SonicJive, I have invested a great deal of time and money, and personal sacrifice because I want to lead that change. I listen to the music on SonicJive, your music, and I know that what we have to offer is better than what is being force fed to us in radio today. Even satellite radio, which was supposed to signal a change in the tried and true, has deviated and gone more mainstream in order to support massive debt and expense. Internet radio and specialized podcasts are set to take over and create a format-free platform that will challenge the status quo and signal a paradigm change that will save the music industry. The SonicJive utility wants to lead the way.
