About Pleasant Brothers
After crawling out of some proverbial hole in the wall in Detroit, the duo known as Pleasant Brothers has surfaced to bring their unique blend of sounds to the masses. Standing on the shoulders of artists such as Pink Floyd, James Brown, Phil Keaggy, Bob Marley, and Sade, Pleasant Brothers welds together rock, funk, jazz and reggae into an artful new structure ready to accommodate all that take shelter there.
Pleasant Brothers features Ryan Wurfel as singer/guitarist and Joe Plets on bass. Pleasant Brothers is a guitar driven, groove based band with plenty of melodic and lyrical hooks. Pleasant Brothers has recently released their independent debut EP "Tell Me Once Again...", a tasty hor's devour's plate of things to come.
